Lewisville Max Goldsmith Relays Information
Jason's Deli Order Form. Due Wednesday at 10:00 AM. No exceptions. Meals will be delivered to meet at 11:30 AM. Please do not order if you are not attending the meet.

Field Events begin at 9:00 AM - see time schedule for entries/order
Running Events begin at 2:00 PM - know what time your event is and warm-up accordingly! If spectating, please arrive 30 minutes before the predicted time on schedule. This meet has a tendency to run long. Please bring snacks/drinks.
All field event athletes will leave Plano East at 7:00 AM. Please arrive at 6:40 to help load gear on busses DO NOT BE LATE! IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL NOT COMPETE! We will pull out of the parking lot at 7:00 AM SHARP.
All other student-athletes will leave Plano East at 11:30 AM. McMillen student-athletes get on bus after 2nd period. Williams student-athletes get on bus at the Warrior Center after 2nd period. DO NOT BE LATE! IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL NOT COMPETE! We will pull out of the parking lot at 11:30 AM SHARP. Check-in with Coach Pugh or Coach Nunley when you arrive to mark you off.
All student-athletes will stay for the entire meet and ride bus back to Plano East as a team. If any concerns, issues, or questions please contact Coach Reed.
Please bring layers to wear during the meet, as well as gloves and something to cover your ears. Make sure you bring your spikes! Bring snacks or plan for your parents to bring you a meal at the meet for after your races. We will have granola bars there and smaller items to snack on.
Students who do not have gear will pick it up from Coach Reed on Thursday morning before we leave. Wash gear at the conclusion of the meet when you get home, DO NOT wait to wash. If students lose gear that we hand out, they will be responsible for reimbursing the program for the cost of items lost.
